Trainees who are involved at Sunna Al-Amal's projects are implementing number of internal training workshops for the institutions, organizations and centers they are affiliated with. So far, the trainees had held 15 training workshops in different subjects and targeted 135 workers. By utilizing, transferring and sharing gained experiences, those trainees enhanced their respective institutions' capacities.
By doing so, Sunna Al-Amal spreads the word and experience to different institutions, thus making a more sustainable impact.
